📋 Description

Oversee on-site ATL data center operations
Lead technicians and engineers to ensure uptime, efficiency, safety
Coordinate with facilities and capacity planning teams
Collaborate with data center architects and product owners
Serve as local escalation point for infra challenges
Travel as needed and be onsite in Atlanta

🎯 Requirements

6–10 years in data center ops
3+ years of team leadership or site management
Deep knowledge of compute, storage, networking, cooling
GPU deployments and liquid cooling a plus
Strong facility infra knowledge: electrical, PDUs, cooling
Experience with Jira and Kanban workflows
