Data Center Manager - Quincy, WA

📋 Description

• Lead a team of data center technicians in daily operations, including server maintenance, equipment
• Develop and implement best practices for data center operations to ensure maximum efficiency and
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support client projects and ensure seamless service
• Perform regular inspections and audits of data center equipment to maintain optimal performance and
• Respond to and resolve technical issues and emergencies promptly, ensuring minimal downtime and
• Train and mentor junior technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge of data center operations.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data center operations, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or
• In-depth knowledge of data center infrastructure, including servers, networking equipment, and
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• Experience with data center management tools and software
• Excellent time management, organization, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability
• Proficiency with the Linux Operating System.
