Data Center Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Lead data center teams across sites; manage infra, people, vendor relations.
• Recruit, onboard, mentor, and evaluate data center technicians.
• Oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources with stakeholders.
• Lead hardware refreshes, capacity expansions, and migrations.
• Maintain Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans; assess risks.
• Ensure security and regulatory compliance across operations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in data center operations; 5+ years in management.
• Certifications: PMP, ITIL 4 Foundation, or CompTIA Server+/Network+.
• Proficiency with DCIM, ITSM (Jira/Confluence), NetBox, NetSuite.
• Experience with Zabbix and Grafana; data-driven decision making.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
