• Ensure all new server, storage, and network infrastructure is properly racked, labeled, cabled, and
• Diagnose and resolve complex hardware and software issues across advanced enterprise systems.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of data center layouts and network topologies within DCIM
• Collaborate with supply chain and manufacturing teams to facilitate the timely deployment of
• Oversee parts depot inventory and track equipment across the complete lifecycle—delivery, storage
• Partner closely with the Hardware Support team to ensure prompt resolution of data center

🎯 Requirements

• Familiarity with critical data center infrastructure systems, including power distribution, airflow
• Professional fluency in both English and Spanish.
• High attention to detail and a proven ability to follow complex technical instructions precisely.
• Proactive work ethic with a strong commitment to continuous professional development.
• Willingness to travel to support the initialization and turn-up of new data center locations.
