Data Center Operations Systems Engineer III (Los Angeles)

📋 Description

• Rack, label, cable, and configure new server, storage, and network gear.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software in GPU and networking systems.
• Document and update DCIM layout and network topology.
• Coordinate with supply chain for timely deployment.
• Manage parts depot inventory and track equipment through handoff.
• Partner with HW Support to resolve incidents and share solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of data center infrastructure experience (power, cooling, cabling, DCIM).
• Linux administration experience.
• Experience with JIRA and Zendesk ticketing.
• Understanding of single and three-phase power; PDU balancing.
• Knowledge of carrier DIA, fiber testing, troubleshooting.
• Cold isle/hot isle containment and server hardware knowledge.
