Responsible for MTTR and MTDT metrics, follow directions, fast learner, on-call onsite as needed.
Drive efficiencies to simplify and improve server intake and repair processes.

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalency
2+ years experience with server, storage, compute and network hardware
2+ years experience troubleshooting and repairing servers and networking infrastructure
2+ years inventory management and shipping/receiving equipment
Onsite availability for emergencies; pre-employment drug and background checks
Physical: lift up to 35lbs, work at heights up to 50 feet, tolerate noise
