Data Center Sourcing Manager

📋 Description

• Build and maintain relationships with colocation providers and data center operators globally.
• Maintain visibility into capacity across key data center markets.
• Coordinate RFI/RFP processes with operators and suppliers.
• Source facilities based on location, power, cooling, connectivity, and terms.
• Monitor market developments incl. new facilities, supply constraints, pricing trends.
• Work with sales and technical teams to support customer opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in data center, colocation, cloud infra, telecom, or related fields.
• Understanding of colocation and data center services.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple sourcing requests simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
• Proactive, relationship-driven approach to market engagement.
