Data Center Superintendent

📋 Description

• Oversee subcontractors; manage daily ops, safety, and schedules.
• Lead on-site coordination of MEP and IT infra with vendors.
• Coordinate AHJ reviews and ensure code compliance.
• Manage risk, punch lists, change orders, and project docs.
• Facilitate daily meetings; maintain client communications.
• Drive continuous improvement and safety culture.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction mgmt or engineering (preferred).
• 10+ years in construction supervision; 5+ years in data centers (preferred).
• Advanced construction management processes and change control.
• DC systems: UPS, generators, cooling, fire suppression; BIM/Primavera/MS Project; Procore.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation; ability to influence.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, email; maintain documentation.
