Data Center Talent Partner (Remote)

📋 Description

• Own delivery across a portfolio of specialist mandates spanning site development, design, MEP
• Run the full cycle: intake and calibration, sourcing, assessment design, interview process, offer
• Build targeted sourcing strategies for scarce profiles: MEP engineers, construction and project
• Partner closely with hiring leaders, building the credibility to advise, influence and
• Bring the market into the room: competitor and talent mapping, pay benchmarks, availability and
• Develop pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles across both head-office and site-based

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in recruitment, with substantial depth in data centre, construction or wider
• A proven record hiring technical and construction profiles: design engineers, project and programme
• Experience recruiting across multiple European markets, with a practical grasp of local hiring
• Delivery across a range of seniorities, from site-based specialists through to leadership
• Genuine sourcing capability: mapping, research and outreach that works in talent-short markets.
• Confident stakeholder management, including with senior and technical leaders.
