Data Center Technician- 2nd Shift (Sunday- Wednesday)

📋 Description

• Install, provision, test, and maintain DS0 thru OC12 services and equipment
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair customer and network circuits
• Install cable runs, patch panels, and cross connects
• Perform cable lacing as per Datacenter standards
• Use cable testing systems to ensure operational integrity
• Troubleshoot copper and fiber cable media (e.g., dB loss, attenuation, breaks, termination

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in similar critical facilities
• High School Diploma
• Expert working knowledge of copper (UTP, Cat5e, Cat6, Cat6a) and fiber optic media types (MMF, SMF
• Expert working knowledge with cable testing systems
• Expert working knowledge of troubleshooting both copper and fiber cable media
• Working knowledge of fiber optic and copper test equipment
