📋 Description

• Maintain data center operations to ensure service availability.
• Diagnose and repair hardware and network issues.
• Perform root cause analysis of hardware/software failures.
• Install, assemble, and maintain server equipment.
• Provide on-site support and on-call readiness.
• Travel up to 10% to other data centers.

🎯 Requirements

• Hardware troubleshooting and assembly experience
• Linux operating systems experience
• Networking experience
• Python, Bash, or scripting experience
• Associate degree or IT-related experience
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work 24/7 on-call
