Data Center Technician

📋 Description

• Maintain data center operations to ensure service availability.
• Perform hardware and network diagnostics and repairs.
• Root cause analysis of hardware and software failures.
• Train internal teams and develop documentation.
• Develop scripts to update server and networking hardware.
• On-site support across data center locations and on-call readiness.

🎯 Requirements

• Computer hardware troubleshooting and assembly.
• Linux operating system experience.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and travel up to 10% as needed.
• Work in data center environment with temps 60-90F.
• Scripting in Python or Bash.
• Cisco IOS and/or Juniper JunOS experience.
