📋 Description

• Maintain uptime for mining hardware and perform basic repairs
• Troubleshoot and diagnose miners and related equipment
• Learn site operations and infrastructure
• Operate maintenance tools safely; keep facility clean and available
• Complete projects as directed by supervisor/operations manager
• Adapt to changing technologies and environments

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-3+ years in IT/hardware, systems, network admin, or troubleshooting
• Bitcoin mining farm experience is a plus
• IP addressing and subnetting basics; electronics familiarity
• Able to stand 7+ hours per day and lift 30-50 lbs
• Own reliable transportation and pass motor vehicle check
