Lead troubleshooting during events and repairs; provide prevention recommendations.
Monitor security, environmental, and equipment systems; track readings.
Maintain site docs for cross-connects and power circuits.
On-call 24/7 support with flexible shifts.

🎯 Requirements

BICSI Technician Credential Preferred
Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in similar critical facilities
High School Diploma
Fiber optic splicing experience a plus
ISP knowledge; fiber optic and electrical cabling per telecom standards
Visio and MS Office knowledge
