Maintain data center operations to ensure service availability and reliability.
Conduct hardware and network diagnostics and repairs.
Root cause analysis of hardware and software failures.
Training of internal teams.
Development of documentation.
Respond to on-site equipment failures or emergencies within 60 minutes while on-call.

🎯 Requirements

Computer Hardware experience (troubleshooting, assembling)
Linux Operating System experience
Ability to transport equipment weighing up to 50 lbs
Ability to work in climate-controlled data center environments (60–90°F)
Python, Bash, or other scripting languages experience
Experience with Cisco IOS and/or Juniper JunOS
