📋 Description

• Identify potential speakers and recruit them via phone and email.
• Educate speakers on why they should speak at Bisnow events.
• Build the event from concept to day-of; recruit C-level speakers and drive sponsorship.
• Collaborate with departments to reach ambitious goals; support sales.
• Promote Bisnow and attendance through partnerships with associations and local groups.
• Research CRE topics and top speakers; manage speaker relations end-to-end.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years of data center knowledge/experience.
• Detail-oriented with strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Great teammate with strong verbal and written communication.
• Hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves work ethic.
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with key CRE contacts.
