Data Centre Cost Engineer

📋 Description

• Track and forecast costs across early-stage and construction activities.
• Maintain cost reports, dashboards and trackers.
• Monitor actual costs vs budget and analyze variances.
• Prepare monthly and ad hoc cost reports for internal stakeholders.
• Consolidate inputs from technical, procurement and construction teams.
• Manage cashflow forecasts with internal teams and external parties.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or related field.
• 1 to 5 years of professional experience.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with a rigorous approach.
• English proficiency; Dutch proficiency highly preferred.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office; cost/financial modelling a plus.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
