Data Compliance Manager

📋 Description

• Develop processes to monitor TCPA, privacy laws, CMS, UDAAP
• Track regulatory changes and advise on developments
• Draft, review and negotiate client and vendor contracts
• Manage relationship with outside counsel
• Conduct legal research and review litigation strategy
• Oversee statutory filings and licensing forms

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Experience with digital marketing regulatory environments preferred
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Able to multi-task in fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented and collaborative
