📋 Description

• Perform data conversions for new customer implementations and related activities.
• Analyze business rules, data structures, and customer requirements to guide conversions.
• Collaborate with customers to understand needs, resolve issues, and meet milestones.
• Create data mapping docs, project estimates, and conversion-related documentation.
• Develop data conversion scripts focused on accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with PMs and implementation teams to monitor timelines and risks.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in CS or related field (or equivalent).
• Advanced MS SQL expertise, including complex queries and conversion scripts.
• Experience with database systems, data transformation, and migrations.
• Ability to interpret requirements and propose practical technical solutions.
• Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting skills for data issues.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines.
