📋 Description

• Analyze search-related issues and select the most relevant resolution, following our workflows and
• Review and correct large volumes of data, meticulously documenting issues for analysis.
• Escalate issues effectively to relevant internal teams.
• Perform deep dives and root cause analysis. Argumenting/preparing collected data for the
• Work with mapping tools with high accuracy in accordance with guidelines.
• Work with the Google Suite of products/services such as Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Meet, Calendar, etc.

🎯 Requirements

• Upper-Intermediate (B2) level of English or higher.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with high concentration and sustained attention to detail.
• General understanding of the traffic regulations and mapping fundamentals.
• Customer obsessed: You have proven experience working with customers and are passionate about
• Collaborative communicator: You excel in verbal and written communication (English, Ukrainian). You
• Technical Fluency: You feel comfortable using Google Workspace products, as well as learning new
