📋 Description

• Own the full learning loop that EU expansion runs on, and co-own the product development loop
• Building and leading a high-performing team
• Set the data strategy for EU and stand up the foundations each new market needs
• Lead the goal-setting process for EU Expansion, bringing clarity to metric selection and target
• Represent Data directly at the ExCo level, building a shared language of metrics and analytical
• Drive cross-collective collaboration, spotting the high-leverage connections across the business

🎯 Requirements

• Strategic data leader who has operated at Director level or above, and energised by zero-to-one
• Move comfortably from detailed metrics and data architecture to customer strategy, commercial
• Lead through learning loops and hold a high technical bar
• Experience leading company-wide or division-wide goal-setting, defining high-clarity metrics
• Change how organisations make decisions, not just how one project turns out, and experience of the
