Samsara is expanding its in-house legal roster with an agile litigator. This is a remote position open to US residents (except Alaska, Austin Metro, Boulder Metro, California, Chicago Metro, Connecticut, Dallas Metro, Denver Metro, Houston Metro, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Seattle Metro, and Washington, D.C.). You will advise cross-functional teams on litigation strategy and manage outside counsel, across litigation, compliance, and privacy matters to support Samsara's global business.

In this role, you will:

Coordinate End-to-End Commercial Litigation Support
Advocate for Customer Data Privacy under applicable law
Mitigate risk and proactively resolve disputes
Uplevel and manage the eDiscovery lifecycle
Drive process innovation in legal workflows
Deliver actionable legal insights and monitor trends
