📋 Description

Bridge backend data infrastructure and business analytics solutions.
Own BU data stack; coordinate with central data team.
Build and maintain localized data pipelines when speed is needed.
Design next-generation data consumption tools (data cubes, AI-driven query bots).
Enable self-service data access and data literacy for non-technical stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in data engineering, analytics engineering, or data product management.
Strong SQL and Python; experience with Hive and OLAP engines (Doris/ClickHouse).
Experience building interactive data tools (Cube.js) and AI/LLM tooling.
Data modeling: dimensional modeling and star schemas; query optimization.
Proven cross-functional coordination and project management across teams.
