Data Engineer

📋 Description

• Design and maintain data pipelines across Mill's product and ops
• Build and operate the customer-facing recommendation engine with LLMs
• Design transform/integration pipelines for data from multiple sources
• Partner with analytics and marketing to enable self-serve analytics
• Own data quality monitoring with alerts and validation
• Apply CI/CD to pipelines with tests and staged rollouts

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years of production data engineering experience
• Pipelines in production with Python, dbt, Airflow, Fivetran
• Strong SQL and cloud data warehouse experience (Snowflake/BigQuery/Redshift)
• Experience with production recommender systems and LLM logic
• Set up CI/CD for data pipelines with automated tests
• Data-driven with a bias toward clarity and action
