Data Engineer

📋 Description

• Participation in Data Science missions for Sia clients
• Supporting Data Scientists, Software Engineers, and DevOps Engineers in data-heavy projects
• Addressing technical challenges around data storage, flow, and processing
• Contributing to technological, architectural, and governance choices for scaling data projects
• Developing ETL pipelines in Big Data ecosystems
• Implementing infrastructures and services suitable for Machine Learning

🎯 Requirements

• Engineering degree or equivalent high-level IT education
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Data, DevOps, Cloud, or Software Engineering
• Good Python skills for qualifying, enriching, and processing data
• Knowledge of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, SQLServer)
• Experience with distributed computing tools (Hadoop, Spark) or Machine Learning tools (Tensorflow
• Experience with at least one cloud platform (GCP, AWS, Azure) is a plus
