Own and evolve Databricks models, schemas, testing, and warehouse cleanliness.
Automate manual data processes with Python.
Build dashboards/reports with Streamlit, HTMX, FastAPI used by Finance/Asset/Fund teams.
Integrate internal and third-party systems via REST APIs.
Champion data quality with validation, monitoring, and governance.

🎯 Requirements

Strong SQL and Python for pipelines, modelling, automation.
Experience with modern data stack: cloud data platform (Databricks), Git/GitHub.
Data modelling, warehousing patterns, ETL/ELT design.
Comfort with Postgres or similar relational DBs.
Clear communication of data models to non-tech stakeholders.
Bias toward shipping: iterate and deliver rather than over-design.
