Data Engineer

📋 Description

• Build and maintain data models and transformations powering reporting with Fivetran, dbt, Sigma
• Create customer-facing data models and reports embedded in the Skimmer app (Sigma)
• Manage and extend ingestion using Fivetran across growing sources
• Develop data transformations in Python and SQL against the Snowflake data warehouse
• Partner with product and engineering to deliver reliable, performant reporting
• Collaborate with application engineers to ensure clean data capture

• Ownership of quality: ensure tasks are validated, performant, and meet requirements
• Strong SQL skills and experience with a cloud data warehouse (Snowflake preferred)
• Proficiency in Python for data transformation and automation
• Experience with managed ingestion/transformation tools (Fivetran, dbt, or similar)
