Data Engineer (GTM)

📋 Description

• Architect and manage GTM data pipelines and infra (Clickhouse, BigQuery)
• Develop, test, and maintain Python/JS scripts and microservices for data workflows
• Design unified GTM data lake for segmentation, ICP scoring, and territories
• Incorporate LLM-based enrichment to augment account/contact data
• Build batch and streaming GTM pipelines with Beam, Kafka, Pub/Sub, Airflow
• Create semantic layers and dbt schemas for GTM analytics

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in GTM Systems, Data Eng, or Analytics Eng; B2B SaaS preferred
• Hands-on CRM/GTM exp with HubSpot, Clay, ZoomInfo, and data platforms
• Strong SQL; BI tools: Looker, Tableau, or HubSpot Reports
• API integrations; scripting in Python or JavaScript
• Experience with large datasets; translate GTM insights to tactics
• Collaborate cross-functionally; communicate to non-tech stakeholders
