Data Engineer Lead - Databricks

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end data migration with secure, business-aligned transition.
• Define data architecture decisions across AWS Redshift, Databricks, and more.
• Coordinate discovery, dependencies, schema inventories, and data flows.
• Own migration and cutover planning with validations and contingencies.
• Liaise between engineering, analytics, product, and business teams.
• Translate technical changes into clear business impact assessments.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Data Engineering, building and optimizing data pipelines.
• Experience with Databricks, Python, Spark; batch and streaming workloads.
• Intermediate English level.
• Familiarity with BI tools like Looker or Tableau.
