Data Engineer (Starlink)

📋 Description

• Improve data quality across go-to-market systems
• Improve inputs to AI agents and analytics for accuracy
• Build integrations across internal tools and external systems
• Develop MCP servers and interfaces to connect AI to GTM systems
• Design, ship, and iterate AI agents for Starlink GTM workflows
• Instrument data quality and agent performance with monitoring

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS, data science, physics, math, or STEM
• 1+ year data/software engineering experience (internship applicable)
• 1+ year Python or modern language experience (SQL, etc)
• CRM data quality: dedup, enrichment, validation
• Build AI agents integrating with APIs, CRMs, data warehouses
• API/webhooks design for cross-system data consistency
• Familiarity with MCP or similar data-exposure patterns
• Experience with CRM/go-to-market tools (HubSpot, Clay, Apollo) a plus
• Experience supporting GTM workflows with data and automation
• SQL and modern data tooling; Grok or internal AI platforms a plus
• Experience with agent evaluation, guardrails, human-in-the-loop patterns
• Thrive in fast-changing environment, ambiguity, self-driven
• Must be available to work extended hours and weekends as needed
• Willingness to travel to customer sites and events as needed
