Data Engineer (Starlink Go-To-Market)

📋 Description

• Identify bottlenecks in lead-to-cash; translate strategy into scalable ops.
• Design and evolve architecture for Starlink's commercial OS across CRM, data, billing, AI.
• Design how systems work together as a connected operating model.
• Own admin/config of core GTM tools: HubSpot, Clay, Apollo.
• Design/deploy AI agents and automation to reduce repetitive work.
• Embed AI across workflows and establish best practices for adoption.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in technical, analytical, or business field.
• 4+ years in go-to-market engineering, revenue ops, or related.
• 1+ years building workflow automation or AI tools in a commercial setting.
• Designing and owning commercial tech stacks (CRM, billing, support).
• Proficiency with HubSpot, Clay, Apollo, or similar GTM platforms; AI agents.
• Excellent communication; translate tech to business impact; B2B SaaS/telecom a plus.
