Data Engineering and Delivery Manager

📋 Description

• Lead and develop a distributed Data Engineering team across multiple countries and time zones
• Own the Data Engineering roadmap and oversee delivery of major initiatives, including cloud data
• Ensure the reliability, availability, security, scalability, and cost-effectiveness of data
• Maintain clear ownership for production data feeds and pipelines while establishing cross-training
• Partner with data governance and Business Intelligence leadership to establish consistent
• Ensure engineering practices comply with applicable data handling, security, privacy, and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or
• 5–7 years of experience in data engineering, data platforms, analytics delivery, or related
• 2–4 years of experience leading or managing technical teams, including direct-report performance
• At least 2 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Scrum Master, Delivery Lead, or
• Demonstrated experience owning intake, backlog management, prioritization, and delivery decisions
• Experience implementing or maturing Agile operating models and managing work through Azure DevOps
