Drive ownership, technical rigor, and AI-first delivery across teams.
Standardize delivery practices, recruit, and develop team capabilities.
Partner cross-functionally to ensure delivery excellence and customer impact.

🎯 Requirements

Hands-on data engineering: Python, SQL, REST APIs, cloud-native pipelines.
1+ year with Cognite’s platform/products on customer engagements.
Proven ability to develop people with concrete examples and feedback.
Customer-facing confidence translating engineering decisions into business language.
Strong operational judgement: review SOWs, identify risks, manage scope.
