🎯 Requirements

7+ years of engineering management experience.
Agile management with cross-functional Product Teams.
Cybersecurity or SOC experience.
Strong background in distributed data systems.
Experience with Elastic Stack, Airflow, Docker, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, and dbt.
Rust experience strongly preferred.
