Data Engineering Manager

📋 Description

• Lead and mentor a data engineering team
• Balance people management with technical delivery in a hybrid role

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in data or software engineering; 1–2 years in leadership
• Strong background with Spark, dbt, Airflow, Kafka, Databricks
• Proficiency in SQL and Python/Scala/Java
• Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration
