📋 Description

• Lead the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of data engineering solutions
• Provide technical direction and guidance across customer data, omnichannel identity resolution

🎯 Requirements

• More than 6 years of relevant professional experience, with substantial experience in data
• Demonstrated experience leading and managing data engineering teams, including hiring, mentoring
• Strong experience providing technical direction and guidance across complex data engineering
• Deep experience with customer data, analytics, omnichannel identity resolution, and data science
• Hands-on or leadership experience with modern data engineering platforms such as Google BigQuery
• Strong experience modeling complex data and designing scalable data solutions.
