• Lead Data & ML Platform team toward a streaming-first architecture

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 2+ years hands-on data engineering in production pipelines
• 2+ years managing engineering teams
• 2+ years ML platform capabilities in production
• Experience with batch and streaming platforms (Kafka, Flink, Spark)
• Proficiency with Python, SQL, Spark, dbt, Databricks, AWS
