• Define and drive the Data Engineering strategy
• Translate data platform roadmap into concrete action plans
• Actively participate in building and evolving the company's data ecosystem
• Support Data & AI transformation initiatives
• Ensure delivery of data solutions, guaranteeing design and delivery of pipelines and datasets
• Organize and optimize resource allocation within the team

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Data, or related field
• At least 8 years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Platform, or Data Architecture
• Successful experience managing a data team
• Experience designing, deploying, or productionalizing a modern large-scale data platform
• Proficiency in Snowflake and core Data Engineering concepts (data pipelines, modeling, data
• Strong knowledge of software engineering best practices: CI/CD, code quality, automated testing
