📋 Description

• Access the designated web-based application and identify card records requiring a data refresh.
• Manually refresh card information to trigger the API process responsible for updating card-detail
• Process incoming card-update requests accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure all refresh requests are completed within the defined SLA of 2–3 business days.
• Follow documented procedures and operational guidelines to maintain accuracy and consistency.
• Track assigned requests, monitor completion status, and escalate exceptions or issues to the
