Data Entry Officer

📋 Description

• Input and maintain merchant data, catalogs, inventory, and pricing.
• Validate formats and handle bulk imports from spreadsheets/CSV.
• Ensure records follow Moniebook data standards and naming conventions.
• Prepare merchant accounts with required data for onboarding.
• Cross-check data across CRM and POS systems for consistency.
• Document data changes and maintain auditable records.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years in data entry or data operations (SaaS/fintech ok).
• Exceptional attention to detail with high accuracy on large data.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
• Familiarity with CRM or POS/back-office SaaS tools.
• Strong organisational skills; able to manage multiple projects.
• Experience with bulk CSV imports and catalogue management.
