Data Entry Officer (Enugu)

📋 Description

• Input, update, and maintain merchant data (catalogues, SKUs, pricing, inventory).
• Process bulk data imports from spreadsheets and CSV files, validating format.
• Ensure all records meet Moniebook data standards and naming conventions.
• Prepare merchant accounts ahead of onboarding by populating required data.
• Review merchant data templates for errors or gaps and follow up.
• Support the setup of catalogue structures, tax configurations, and payment settings.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years in data entry or data operations (SaaS, retail tech, fintech).
• Exceptional attention to detail with high accuracy.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
• Familiarity with CRM platforms or POS/back-office SaaS tools.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to multitask.
• Experience with bulk CSV imports or catalogue management in SaaS.
