Data Entry Officer (Imo)

📋 Description

• Input, update, and maintain merchant data, catalogues, SKUs, pricing, and inventory.
• Process bulk data imports from spreadsheets and CSV files, validating format.
• Ensure records adhere to Moniebook data standards and naming conventions.
• Prepare merchant accounts ahead of onboarding with required data.
• Review merchant-submitted data templates for errors and gaps before entry.
• Support catalogue structures, tax configurations, and payment settings as directed.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years in data entry or data operations (SaaS/retail tech/fintech).
• Exceptional attention to detail with high accuracy on large data volumes.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (data cleaning, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
• Familiarity with CRM platforms or POS/back-office SaaS tools.
• Strong organisational skills with multi-project management.
• Experience with bulk CSV imports, data migration, or catalogue management (SaaS).
