Data Entry Officer (North Central)

📋 Description

• Enter and maintain merchant data, pricing, and inventory.
• Validate data accuracy across systems and reports.
• Prepare data for onboarding and go-lives.
• Resolve data gaps and quality issues promptly.
• Collaborate with Onboarding and Account teams to support customers.
• Document data entry processes and changes in CRM.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years in data entry or data ops (SaaS/retail/fintech).
• Exceptional attention to detail with high accuracy.
• Excel or Google Sheets with VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP (basic formulas).
• Familiarity with CRM or POS/back-office SaaS tools.
• Experience with bulk CSV imports or catalogue management.
• Experience supporting onboarding or customer success teams.
