Data Governance & Analytics Manager

📋 Description

• Define, maintain, and continuously improve enterprise-wide data governance standards, policies
• Establish and manage the enterprise data dictionary and business glossary, creating a trusted
• Partner with Finance, Operations, Sales, Supply Chain, IT, and other stakeholders to define and
• Ensure consistent data definitions and business logic across ERP, CRM, data warehouse, and other
• Collaborate with IT teams and third-party implementation partners to validate data models
• Monitor data quality across business systems, identify inconsistencies and gaps, and coordinate

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, business analytics, data management, computer science, or
• At least 5 years of experience in data governance, analytics, business intelligence, enterprise
• Demonstrated experience defining and standardizing KPIs, business metrics, and enterprise reporting
• Experience working with ERP platforms such as SAP, JD Edwards, Dynamics, or comparable enterprise
• Strong knowledge of data governance principles, data quality management, metadata management, and
• Ability to translate business requirements into structured data definitions, governance standards
