📋 Description

• Build and operate an enterprise data catalog with metadata standards and lineage.
• Implement automated data lineage across ingestion, transformation, and data products.
• Define data quality frameworks with validation rules and remediation workflows.
• Configure platform security, RBAC, row/column security, masking policies, and access controls.
• Design self-service access workflows for scoped data access.
• Establish event contract governance for streaming data environments.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in data governance, data platform engineering, or related fields.
• 3+ years leading governance programs or cross-functional data frameworks.
• Proven cloud data platform governance experience.
• Hands-on with RBAC, data catalog, lineage, and access management.
• Experience with metadata management and data quality rules.
