📋 Description

• Design and roll out enterprise Data Governance Framework.
• Define policy and standards for data classification, metadata, access.
• Embed governance into data pipelines, platforms, and product development.
• Collaborate with Legal, Privacy, Security, GRC, and Data teams.
• Lead governance initiatives across federated data teams.
• Drive regulatory compliance and data accountability culture.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS, IS, MIS, Software Development, or related field.
• 5-8 years in data governance or enterprise data management.
• Deep expertise designing and implementing data governance frameworks.
• Strong cross-functional leadership across Legal, Privacy, Security, GRC, and Data teams.
• Proven ability to communicate governance concepts and influence adoption.
• Familiarity with Collibra, Alation, Informatica and modern data platforms.
• Must have big x or boutique consulting experience.
