🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in information systems or related field with 12+ years overall, 10+ in governance.
• Experience leading enterprise data governance programs and implementing governance frameworks.
• Experience translating governance strategies into practical operational processes.
• Strong understanding of data quality, metadata management, and data stewardship models.
• Familiarity with metadata/catalog platforms such as Collibra, Alation, or Qlik.
• Ability to translate technical metadata into clear business documentation.
