📋 Description

• Lead establishment and maturity of healthcare data governance at provincial/system-wide scale.
• Develop governance frameworks, policies, standards, and data stewardship practices.
• Provide strategic leadership across governance, privacy, analytics, and digital health.
• Clarify ownership, accountability, and decision rights for data across ecosystems.
• Collaborate with government, executives, technical teams, and external partners.
• Prepare executive materials and drive delivery of governance objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in Healthcare Sciences, Health Admin, IT, or related field.
• 10+ years leading Canadian healthcare data governance at provincial/territorial level.
• 10+ years in government health-system planning and data/digital health initiatives.
• Strong ability to lead at provincial-scale and influence cross-stakeholder initiatives.
• Experience with privacy, PIA, consent management, and ethical data use.
• Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills.
