📋 Description

• Lead establishment and maturity of a healthcare data governance program at provincial/system-wide
• Develop and maintain governance frameworks, policies, standards, and data stewardship practices.
• Provide strategic leadership across governance, privacy, analytics, and digital health.
• Establish ownership, accountability, and decision rights for data across the ecosystem.
• Partner with government and healthcare leaders to align priorities.
• Develop strategies and roadmaps for system-wide data use.

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in Healthcare Sciences, Health Admin, IT, or related field.
• 10+ years leading Canadian healthcare data governance at provincial/territorial scale.
• 10+ years in government health-system planning and data/digital health.
• Demonstrated ability to lead at provincial healthcare-system scale.
• 10+ years in public healthcare leadership with large teams.
• 8+ years building digital health strategies and roadmaps.
