📋 Description

• Lead establishment and maturity of a healthcare data governance program at provincial/system-wide
• Develop and maintain governance frameworks, policies, standards, and data stewardship.
• Provide strategic leadership across data governance, digital health, analytics, privacy, and
• Establish governance structures for ownership, accountability, and decision rights.
• Partner with government and healthcare leaders to align priorities.
• Develop digital health strategies and roadmaps for system-wide transformation.

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in Healthcare Sciences, Health Admin, IT, or equivalent.
• 10+ years leading Canadian healthcare data governance strategy at provincial level.
• 10+ years leadership in government health-system planning and data/digital health.
• Proven ability to lead at provincial healthcare-system scale.
• 10+ years in public healthcare sector leading data initiatives.
• 10+ years public-sector healthcare leadership with people management.
